Ingredients
One bunch of organic asparagus, bend to snap off ends.
2 organic lemons sliced.
lemon rind shredded from one lemon
juice of one organic lemon.
1-2 tbsp. organic olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
4 tsp. of fresh oregano. Less if you
used dried
½ tsp. each of sea salt and organic pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F. Wash lemons and asparagus with vegetable wash. Roll lemons on counter to release juices. Place asparagus on cookie sheet on parchment paper. Lightly drizzle asparagus with olive oil. Sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, and salt and pepper. Then sprinkle with a small amount of flax seed and layer with lemon slices. Cook for about 13 to 15 minutes. You want them to be tender yet still crisp.
