Detoxing with French Green Clay

French clay can be used in many ways for detoxing.

French green clay can be taken in pill form, foot soak, bath soak, or by adding a teaspoonful to pure drinking water and mixing with a non-metal spoon, letting it rest over-night and drinking it first thing in the morning. (depending on your other protocols you may wish to drink at night and away from other medications and supplements.)

French Green Clay is used as a detox because the molecules carry a negative electrical charge while toxins carry a positive charge. The positively charged toxic ions are attracted to the negatively charged surfaces of the clay molecule, which hold onto it until both can be eliminated by the body. As the impurities are drawn out like a magnet the minerals it contains are released and absorbed by the body restoring health & vigor.

French green clay is a natural remedy for food poisoning (research shows it kills deadly bacteria), cleanses the colon and promotes proper bacterial balance in the intestines. It has anti-fungal properties so it can be used for candida (yeast) overgrowth. It also improves digestion, improves the immune system (can increase T Cell count), Stimulates liver function, and helps supply beneficial minerals to the body.
