Ingredients
Organic Brussel sprouts enough to feed your family with left overs. Cut in half.
Himalayan sea salt and organic pepper
Organic garlic powder if desired
¼ cup (or more depending on amount of servings) Parmesan cheese if you can eat dairy
2 Tbsp. organic olive oil of your choice or grapeseed oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Wash and cut Brussel sprouts removing any discolored leaves. Save any good-looking leaves and add as they taste great crunchy when cooked. In a zippy bag add oil salt and pepper garlic and Parmesan cheese. Add Brussel sprouts and shake to toss until evenly coated. Place on cookie sheet lines with Parchment paper. Cook until some of the Brussel sprout are brown and crispy at least 45 minutes.
