Are toxins that are stored in fat keeping you from losing weight?

We live in the land of good and plenty yet we are slowly killing ourselves by not feeding our bodies with nutrient rich food. We eat calorie foods with little nutrients and lots of toxic substances. An interesting study shows that when you lose weight the levels of toxins in the blood skyrockets. This is because toxins are stored in fat and as you lose body fat the toxins are released to roam freely through your body. What your body can't get rid of it will struggle to add back fat so it has someplace to store the toxins, keep you healthy. It is an amazing trick our body has to keep the toxins from free floating throughout your body causing even more damage.

If you cannot clear the toxins as you lose weight you are more likely to put the weight back on as a way to protect the nerves from the damage from the toxins. This is why you must detox as you diet. Possibly adding protocols to absorb the toxins so they do not recycle though your body or other protocols to help the body remove the toxins. Infrared saunas, Epson salt baths, ionic foot baths, exercise are examples of things we can do to help eliminate the toxins as you diet. Toxins can build up in our body for many reasons. Genetics and health issues may allow toxins to build up faster for you.

As already stated your body is constantly being bombarded with toxins, from the air you breathe, to your home, to the food you consume, products you use to clean and health and beauty products. The immune and detoxification pathways on the liver, kidneys, lymphatic’s and skin just cannot keep up in today’s world. If you are interested in losing weight and keeping it off understanding detoxing as one of your puzzle pieces is very important.
