7 inflammation foods

Change your life by eliminating these 7 inflammation foods.

Soy, Dairy, corn, gluten, sugar, artificial sugar, and eggs across the board cause the most issues for individuals. Allergy sensitivity testing is often expensive and not always 100% accurate. What is 100% accurate is to eliminate these seven foods from your diet. This is often called an elimination diet. There are two ways of tackling this. One is to stop all seven foods for a minimum of two weeks then check on how you feel and if there are any changes in your mood and pain levels. Once you have done that you can reintroduce foods one at a time to see if you have a reaction. Reactions can be in many different forms; pain, headaches, stomach issues, acne, etc.

Often elimating these seven foods is a great way to easily lose weight.

The other way to approach this is to illuminate one food every two weeks or so and see if you feel better. This is a personal choice and you want to make sure you choose a method that will guarantee results. Do not set yourself up for a fail, do not what is sustainable for you.

Once you stop inflammation from food your body can do what it is supposed to do with little interference. If you are battling an illness by removing inflammation foods you are lessening the amount of work your body needs to do. It is now free to address health issues.

In addition, by feeding your body healthy notorious foods you are supplying your body with nutrients and minerals it needs to survive. It is a win win! Personally by doing this one thing I dropped 35 lbs. and became pain free. My trigger foods are sugar and gluten. If I have too much gluten or sugar

I will have painful joints and a bloated stomach. Research elimination diets and find the one that works for you. I liked the 10 Day Detox by Mark Hyman and tweaked it just a bit for me. Once you make this step you will naturally find other ways to enhance your life through food.
